Return Policy
All non custom, non damaged products may be returned within 5 working days of receipt at the expense of the customer. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All products must be in original state, which includes:
Product is returned in original package
All parts associated with product are included
Full quantity returned
Custom items cannot be returned. After signature of proof approval and work has begun on custom items all sales are final.
Damaged shipments must be reported within five days
Shipping Information
ID Cards, Incorporated ships products Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM eastern time. All orders during this time for in stock items will be shipped that day.
All products are shipped UPS standard ground. Next day and 2nd day UPS orders can be placed over the phone for in stock items at an extra cost.
